How much is shipping?
For orders under €25, we charge €4.95 for delivery.
Save on shipping costs now! For a minimum order value of €25 or more, shipping within Germany is free for you. The total amount of the order after deducting all discounts is considered the order value.
If you have added products to your shopping cart whose total value is less than €25, you can click on "Shopping Cart" to see how much you still need to reach the minimum order value. Why not just add a little something to benefit from free shipping.
For shipping to Austria, we charge €19.
What happens if the package is undeliverable?
Should your order be returned to us with the remark "undeliverable", we will automatically cancel your order and refund the amount. In this case, you will receive a cancellation confirmation from us by e-mail. If you still wish to purchase the products, please place a new order. To avoid your order being undeliverable, please check the delivery address for the correctness of the data provided before submitting your order.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us. In it, you will find your tracking number, which you can use to track the status of your shipment at any time here (http://www.dhl.de/de/paket/information/sendungsverfolgung.html) on the DHL website.
How long does delivery take?
Your order will be shipped to the delivery address you provided within 2-4 business days (Monday-Friday). The goods will be delivered by our reliable shipping partner.
If shipping is prevented due to reasons for which the seller is not responsible, the delivery time will be extended accordingly. If the delivery delay exceeds a period of four weeks after the conclusion of the contract, all parties are entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract. Further claims, in particular for damages, do not exist in this case.
Which countries does the MALU WILZ Shop ship to?
In this online shop, we deliver to Germany and Austria. For shipping to Austria, we charge €19. Unfortunately, we currently do not offer delivery to any other country.
Returns to Austria are not free of charge. Please announce your return here and, in this case, independently purchase a return label, which you address to MALU WILZ Beauté GmbH, Gaußstraße 13, 85757 Karlsfeld.
How do I return merchandise?
If you would like to return one or more items from an order, please create a return here. We will then send you a DHL return label. Please stick this label correctly onto the package and send the package back to us via DHL. If you no longer have the return label, please contact our customer service. In this case, we will issue you a new return label.
You can only return products from one order per package. Unfortunately, it is not possible to return multiple orders in one package, as a clear assignment of your order is absolutely necessary for us. We ask for your understanding.
Are there any costs involved with a return?
Returning your order is free of charge within 30 days if you use the return label, enclose the completed withdrawal form, and send the package back to us via DHL. You can request the return label here. If you no longer have the return label, please contact our customer service. In this case, we will issue you a new return label. We ask for your understanding that we will not refund return costs if you do not use the provided return label or if the return is made by a different provider than DHL.

Do I also have to return the free item from an online promotion?
That depends on the minimum order value of the promotion.
If you return one or more of the ordered items, we will check whether the minimum order value of the promotion (e.g. free bag for orders over €30) is no longer met. In this case, you are obliged to also return the free item along with the other items.
If your return causes you to fall below the minimum order value of the promotion and you have nevertheless kept the free item, we will have to deduct the value of the free item from your refund amount.
Which amount is non-refundable?
For returns or refunds, the original shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
Can I also return used items?
Please note that we can only accept returns of complete and unused items. If you wish to return the product, attached tags and labels must not be removed. Please return the items in their original packaging.

Are MALU WILZ products tested on animals?
MALU WILZ expressly rejects animal testing. Since its foundation in 1987, MALU WILZ has not tested cosmetic products on animals, nor has it commissioned animal testing. The excellent quality of our products is guaranteed without animal testing, and our ingredients are based on the strictest selection criteria.
Are MALU WILZ products vegan?
MALU WILZ Beauté offers a wide range of vegan skincare products. These products are marked with a VEGAN label on their folding boxes. We are continuously working to convert more and more products to a vegan formulation. However, for some textures, ingredients of animal origin, such as silk extract, guarantee effective results.
Our guidelines:
No animal components
No ingredients produced by animals (e.g., silk, honey)
No ingredients derived from animals (e.g., carmine)
No excipients of animal origin (do not need to be declared in the INCI, e.g., egg white for clarifying xanthan gum)

How long will my product last after opening?
Our cosmetic products feature a symbol known as PaO (Period after Opening; an open jar with the shelf life indicated in months). The PaO specifies how many months the product can be kept after it has been opened for the first time. Exceptions may include, for example, kohl pencils and lip liners. Due to their composition, these textures have a very long shelf life and therefore often do not require a PaO. Another exception are our cosmetic products in aerosol cans. Due to their packaging, these are exempt from the requirement to display a PaO.
How can I find out about the ingredients of the products?
The ingredients are listed on the folding box of each product and on the product detail pages here on our website. If a product in the beauty salon does not have a folding box, you can find the ingredients on the respective product detail page or ask your beautician for a list of ingredients. Upon request, we will also gladly provide you with the ingredients. Please use our contact form for this.
